Our consultants will be happy to visit your home to discuss your requirements and carry out a no-obligation survey. Your Brooks Stair lift will be built specifically to the requirements of your stairs.
Installing your new Brooks Stair lift
The average installation time for a Brooks Stair lift is less than 1 hour. While Curved lifts take a little longer.
Leave it all to us. We will arrange to fit the electrical supply to the required standards. If there is a need to reposition central heating radiators or similar equipment; or if your banister rails need repositioning; or if you need additional grab rails, don't worry. At Brooks we can arrange for this to be done prior to the installation of your stair lift. It's all part of the Brooks service.
Our Service
We provide a speedy reliable back-up and maintenance service to ensure that you will be consistently happy with your lift. With over 20 customer care engineers nationwide, you will not be kept waiting long in the unlikely event of a breakdown. All stair lifts are designed to comply with BS5776 and BS5900 Standards.
Maintenance
Your Brooks Stair lift is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the installation date. The guarantee provides replacement parts and labour charges, should your lift need to be repaired through mechanical or electrical failure.
We recommend that you have your stair lift serviced once each year by Brooks' fully trained engineers.
